蘭陽聖域公益平台 宜蘭縣的羅東鎮、三星鄉、冬山鄉以及員山鄉，四個鄉鎮的樞紐中心，可說是宜蘭的核心地帶，安農溪從前方繞行，水利湧泉貫穿其中，水秀山明，靈氣生動，這裡是自然薈萃的園地─悟饕心靈文化園區。 1993年悟饕心靈文化園區創辦人李照禎，從台北回到故鄉宜蘭，定居在泉水靈秀出處的園地，1997年創立悟饕池上飯包集團，成為國內最大的飯包連鎖店，在事業與生命不斷屢創高峰之際，李照禎相信，悟饕心靈文
