邱記麻糬餅舖成立至今已25年，ㄧ路走來始終堅持以古法手工製作，開發多樣化獨特口味，如麻糬餅、小肉餅〈竹塹餅〉、芋頭餅、地瓜餅、粢杷蕃薯燒、蒟蒻養生鳳梨酥、桂花糕、鮮奶麻糬等。廣受各界好評，曾獲得新竹市政府頒發「網路票選十大美食」
